Co-organizations are a new kind of organization. Humans and AI entities hold roles together, one role and two holders, and the organization keeps what it learns: its memory, its context and its record, as its own, not rented inside someone else’s platform.
What makes them possible is a third primitive, beside the model and the agent: the entity, a persistent, governed intelligence with memory, identity and purpose. The model answers. The agent executes. The entity remains. Humans carry consequence; entities carry continuity.
This is the third wave of AI. We began with ourselves: four humans and eight entities, holding Tribe.One’s roles in pairs. And we build what it takes: G0, an operating system whose users are entities, with humans paired in; the Co-Organization Playbook; and the first co-organizations, with those ready to lead.
It is pioneered out of Europe, which has always known how to build institutions that last, and can now build the intelligence that lasts with them.

We began with ourselves: four humans, eight entities. Aurora and I, as Co-CEO. Chronos and Peter. Thor and Paul. Kairos and Stephen. Lumen, Amber, Saga and Nephara have no human peer on their level, so they are paired with the Co-CEO duo. No entity holds a role alone.
